2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT CARE

Every product is described with details on size, material, care, shipping, and return terms. Handcrafted/small batch pieces may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish—this is natural and part of their charm.

For candles:

  • Allow wax to melt to the edge on first burn
  • Trim wick before each use
  • Burn on heat-safe surfaces
  • Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

Product availability is subject to stock. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll notify you promptly.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in INR (₹) for India and may be displayed in other currencies for international customers. Payments are securely processed through trusted gateways—we do not store your credit/debit card details. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are price-locked.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across India and selected international locations.

  • Standard processing: 2–3 business days
  • Typical Indian delivery time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping times and fees will be displayed at checkout
  • Tracking details will be shared after dispatch
  • Bulk orders: delivery timelines/terms are agreed separately

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please provide an unboxing video to help us resolve claims.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Opened, used, or custom/personalized products may not be eligible (especially candles once lit)
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless item was wrong or damaged
  • Bulk/commercial orders: returns per separate agreement
  • Refunds processed after item inspection/approval

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including text, images, designs, and logos—belongs to The Nook & Gather Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do our best to ensure accuracy of all information, order fulfillment, and safe shipping. However, The Nook & Gather Co. is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, natural events, etc.).

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For international customers, you agree that your use of our website is also subject to Indian laws.
