Do you ship across India?

Yes, we deliver to most pin codes across India. From metros to small towns — if it feels like home, we’ll reach you there.

Do you ship internationally?

For selected products, yes. If you spot something you’d love to bring home, just drop us a note and we’ll see how best to ship it to you.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. For handcrafted or limited-edition pieces, it may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within India is either free or nominal, depending on your order size and location. International shipping is calculated at checkout or shared with you before confirming your order.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. And if you’d rather just check in with us, we’re always a message away.

Products & Craftsmanship

Are your products handmade?

Mostly, yes. Many of our pieces are made in small batches by artisans, which means no two are exactly alike — and that’s the beauty of it.

Will there be slight variations in color or finish?

Yes, and we think of them as signatures of authenticity. These subtle differences are what make each piece unique, like little fingerprints of craft.

How often do you release new collections?

Seasonally. We love curating pieces around moods, festivals, and stories that make a home feel alive throughout the year.

Do you customize or take special requests?

Sometimes, yes. If it’s within the spirit of our brand and craft, we’re happy to explore — just reach out to us.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your returns & exchanges policy?

We accept returns/exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only, and requests must be raised within 48hrs of delivery.

What are the conditions for returns?

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Can I return candles & jars?

Due to their fragile nature and safety reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges for candles or jars once delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

Are some items not eligible for return?

Certain items (such as custom or personalized products) may also not be eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived wrong. Every product has its own Shipping and Returns Terms further clearly mentioned in individual description. Please take a careful read of the same when you order.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Is shopping on your website safe?

Absolutely. Our site is secured and your data is protected.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

At the moment, COD is not available.

Gifting & Personalization

Can I send a product as a gift?

Yes! Just mark it as a gift during checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do — thoughtfully done, with minimal and sustainable wrapping.

Can I include a personalized note?

Of course. We’ll handwrite your message on a card to make it extra special.

Care & Use

How do I care for my candle/home linen/decor piece?

Every product comes with care instructions, either in the box or on the product page, so you’ll always know how to look after it.

Are your products eco-friendly?

We do our best — by using natural, safe materials, minimizing plastic in packaging, and working with artisans who follow sustainable practices.

Will you share care instructions with my order?

Always. Because beautiful things last longer when cared for.
