We take great care in packaging and quality checks, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share an unboxing video with us.

Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the product is received on our end. Products that are used, opened, or customised cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
